The Miami Herald asked four "experts" to assess the leadership strengths Paul Wolfowitz can bring to the World Bank. Here's my favorite:

In that sense, a good strategist upon his arrival at the Bank should be welcomed and given the chance to streamline the organization. Also, Mr. Wolfowitz . . . will be faced with the great challenge of poverty in developing countries. . . . That is why I believe that Mr. Wolfowitz deserves the benefit of the doubt. Let's not criticize him before seeing what the man will do in the job.

Yes, you read that right: "good strategist." Sure, if FUBAR can be considered a "strategy."
